well, I bet he had said "ma lady" multiple times just when looking at lady bug's photos on his computer without damn knowing her identity, and his father could enter his room and overhear it any moment all that time. So it has absolutely nothing to do with him already knowing who she is. Moreover, they are showed in the series so cautious and wise and watchful that it's not logic that he would say out loud something characteristic to cat noir being detransformed, especially being so much on guard after having done something as risky as revealing themselves . Yes, they attemted to let us see why they shouldn't reveal themselves, but failed badly

sa peu pas finir si vite nooooooon ! je suis un peu dessue je m'attendais a quelque chose de spectaculaire, mais j'espère que sa va se rattrapé avec l'épisode ''Gabriel Agreste'' même si il étai pas mal bien cet épisode OMG quand même !!!!!!!
